The Joy of
Creating
Let's face it. We are all in
business to make money, but no one chooses a career in design or
building solely on that basis -- however you phrase it, we do what we do
because we love to create and what we create brings joy to our clients and
ourselves. That's a noble occupation and worthwhile endeavor. We
here at Molto Bene would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge you all for
what you created this past year. It made the world that much better to live in,
and adds some perspective in times when those bent on destroying are
capturing headlines and attention.
Finish of the Month -
LustreStone TM
LusterStone is a decorative
architectural coating that can reproduce beautiful, natural reflective stone
patterns, satin finishes and a wide variety of dimensional finishes in a variety
of sheen levels. This finish picks up and throws around light in a very
unique fashion. In the last year, we have used this finish in many
different decors - from Asian influenced to Italian to modern. On the project
pictured, the clients both spend time every year in Italy, they had pictures and
a very clear idea of a guest room that would "bring them back" to
Italy. The point being, we had a tough audience to please in terms of
authenticity. The clients were thrilled with the product. We used one color
here, but have done other projects with several colors and different application
methods creating different textures.

professionals who want to work with us on projects and need something they can
